Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop IT roadmaps policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of server-based computing network operations and data systems.
Team Leadership: Hire train mentor and coach IT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Project Management: Direct large-scale IT projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and align with security requirements.
Vendor and Budget Management: Manage financial resources vendor contracts and license renewals including spending optimization.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: Proven experience in IT management of 510 years minimum with demonstrated leadership in technical projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems Sequencing and MES systems network infrastructure and Microsoft products.
Certifications: Common certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL (IT Service Management) or relevant vendor certifications.
Leadership: Excellent coaching communication and decision-making abilities.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or commensurate work experience.
Core Competencies
Strategic Planning: Ability to translate business goals into actionable IT initiatives.
Problem-Solving: Highly skilled at solving complex technical issues and managing risk.
Communication: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff and executives.
