Job Summary
This IT leadership role oversees the entire technology landscape combining strategic planning with hands-on infrastructure management to ensure operational efficiency security and staff development. Key responsibilities include creating technology roadmaps managing IT budgets and vendors and ensuring compliance through robust cybersecurity measures
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop IT roadmaps policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of server-based computing network operations and data systems.
- Team Leadership: Hire train mentor and coach IT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Project Management: Direct large-scale IT projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and align with security requirements.
- Vendor and Budget Management: Manage financial resources vendor contracts and license renewals including spending optimization.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: Proven experience in IT management of 510 years minimum with demonstrated leadership in technical projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems Sequencing and MES systems network infrastructure and Microsoft products.
- Certifications: Common certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL (IT Service Management) or relevant vendor certifications.
- Leadership: Excellent coaching communication and decision-making abilities.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or commensurate work experience.
