Third-party (3P) Compliance Managementチームでは3rd Party Logistics providerとの取引における安全性品質コンプライアンスを管理し業界標準を超える基準を実現するメンバーを募集します
幹線輸送会社3Pメガキャリア配送センターを運営する物流会社などAmazonの物流を支える3P Logistics providerが法令遵守と高い品質基準を維持できる仕組みを構築することです社内のLegalComplianceSafetyといったGlobalの専門部署と連携し行政の指針に沿ったルール策定から契約への反映そして実効性の評価まで一貫して担当します
求められるのはComplianceの専門性だけではありません 変化するビジネス環境に対応しながら社内外のパートナーを巻き込み時には対立する利害を調整し業界標準を超えるコンプライアンス体制を実現するそんなビジネスリーダーシップとコミュニケーション力を持つ方を求めています

幹線輸送領域におけるパートナー事業者の品質指標事故発生率などをもとにした改善
内規や契約内容の定期的な見直し
安全品質コンプライアンスの基準作成および引き上げ
Daily Weekly Monthlyでの3P Logistics providerの安全品質コンプライアンスAudit
Audit業務の効率化省力化

2 years of work in relevant industries such as law customer service investigations or project management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or experience in an industry role
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Experience in relevant industries such as law customer service investigations or project management

- Experience in SQL data manipulation
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
- Experience working in risk/fraud analysis or in compliance organizations
