Job Summary: Mortgage Domain SME responsible for analyzing mortgage data across the full loan lifecycle and aligning enterprise data with MISMO standards. The role focuses on building scalable analytical data models optimizing SQL performance and supporting risk and analytics use cases using Snowflake and enterprise data platforms.

Role Descriptions:

Analyze mortgage data across the full loan lifecycle including origination underwriting closing servicing and secondary market

Align enterprise mortgage data to MISMO standards logical data models and industry best practices

Define and maintain data mappings from LOS servicing credit and investor systems to MISMO compliant structures

Design and maintain enterprise scale analytical and dimensional data models (star and snowflake schemas) in Snowflake

Translate complex MISMO XML JSON structures into analytics ready relational data models

Develop optimize and review advanced SQL for large scale mortgage datasets ensuring performance and maintainability

Leverage Snowflake capabilities such as clustering secure views CTEs and performance tuning for scalable analytics

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify data quality issues trends and risks

Develop and curate mortgage specific metrics and features such as LTV DTI and delinquency indicators

Support credit risk prepayment and performance models by validating data inputs and ensuring readiness

Define and implement data quality controls aligned with MISMO business rules investor requirements and regulatory expectations

Document data models definitions and SQL logic for governance auditability and reuse

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of mortgage loan lifecycle and mortgage data

Hands-on experience with MISMO standards and data mappings

Expertise in dimensional and analytical data modeling

Advanced SQL skills for large complex datasets

Proven experience working in Snowflake including data modeling and performance tuning

Experience supporting analytics and modeling use cases such as risk performance or credit

Strong focus on data quality governance and documentation.
