Make an Impact/ The role:

As an Account Executive based in Berlin you will join our Japan team and own both the new business development and ongoing client success efforts within your region. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both sales and relationship management bringing in new logos while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.

You will be the face of Adjust to your clientsstrategically guiding them to success increasing adoption of our products and identifying upsell opportunities that drive mutual growth.




Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales processfrom prospecting to closingagainst quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption satisfaction and renewals.
  • Consultatively sell Adjusts suite of solutions and services adapting your pitch to a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Monitor client usage patterns and sentiment to proactively manage health and reduce churn risk.
  • Identify and execute expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to elevate brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (Sales Account Management or Customer Success) within a SaaS AdTech or investment banking consulting company.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or client retention goals.
  • Strong consultative selling negotiation and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing product features integrations and technical concepts with stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to understand local markets and customer needs via curiosity asking open-ended questions and active listening.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce SalesLoft LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
