Job Description:

Job Title: Communication Executive

Location: Noida Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 4-6 years

Role Summary

The Communication Executive supports the execution of internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen the organizations brand employee engagement and messaging consistency. This role works closely with senior stakeholders HR and external partners to deliver clear engaging and high-quality communication across channels.

The role requires strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple communication priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications

Support execution of internal communication plans aligned with business priorities

Create and manage content for internal channels such as newsletters intranet emails and presentations

Assist in planning and executing town halls leadership messages and employee engagement initiatives

Partner with HR and business teams to support culture and engagement programs

Ensure communication is clear timely and consistent across teams

  • External Communications & Social Media

Assist in drafting press releases announcements and external communication materials

Coordinate with PR/media agencies for content coverage tracking and execution support

Support social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn) including content creation and performance tracking

Monitor media and social coverage and share insights

  • Content Development & Editorial Support

Develop high-quality written content including articles emails blogs and presentations

Ensure consistency in tone messaging and brand guidelines

Proofread and edit communication materials across functions

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Support

Support drafting of leadership messages talking points and internal notes

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment

Provide basic communication support during organizational updates or changes

  • Communication Operations & Coordination

Work with cross-functional teams (HR business marketing) to execute communication plans

Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for deliverables

Maintain communication calendars and track deliverables

  • Measurement & Reporting

Track communication effectiveness (email engagement intranet views social metrics etc.)

Support reporting on key metrics and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Public Relations English Marketing or a related field

  • Masters degree or relevant professional certification

Experience

  • 3 years of experience in corporate communications internal communications or public relations

  • Experience working with external media or PR agencies in a strategic capacity

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing high-visibility communications

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills

  • Strong understanding of corporate reputation management and brand alignment

  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear and compelling messages

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • High attention to detail and sound editorial judgment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong project management and planning capabilities

  • Sound judgment discretion and confidentiality

Technology and Tools Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of communication design principles for internal and external audiences

  • Hands-on experience using content creation and design tools such as Canva or equivalent platforms to develop presentations internal communication assets and social-ready visuals

  • Working knowledge of video content creation including basic scripting editing and optimization for leadership messages internal campaigns and digital channels

  • Familiarity with commonly used video editing tools for corporate internal and employer branding communications

  • Practical experience using AI tools to support communications work such as content drafting message refinement summarization ideation and productivity enhancement with clear accountability for accuracy tone and quality

  • Ability to use analytics and measurement tools to assess engagement across internal communication channels and media coverage

  • Strong comfort with digital communication platforms including intranet systems email communication tools collaboration platforms and content management systems

  • Ability to integrate communication technologies and tools into broader communication strategies while maintaining governance consistency and brand standards
