Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts by driving revenue uncovering new business opportunities and delivering tailored commercial solutions. Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end client engagement while ensuring seamless administration through internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build develop and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth
  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Lead contract negotiations and deliver customized high-impact proposals
  • Adapt sales strategies and messaging to align with evolving client needs and market dynamics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (customer service legal finance operations) to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance track pipeline activity and maintain accurate reporting to support forecasting and planning
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on client progress risks and opportunities

Qualifications :

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business economics marketing or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in sales or client management preferably in an international environment

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid experience in selling services and solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into growth strategies
  • Outstanding communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian
  • Experience with CRM and platform solutions
