Business Analyst Data & Migration

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Data & Migration to support a largescale BSS/OSS transformation program with a strong focus on data migration. This role is responsible for bridging business and technology ensuring customer and product data is accurately understood mapped validated and migrated to meet business and operational requirements.

You will take a lead role in engaging stakeholders and technical SMEs to uncover existing data models business rules and system dependencies and translate these into clear actionable migration requirements. Working closely with data architects delivery teams and business users you will ensure migrated data is fit for purpose validated through UAT and aligned to agreed acceptance criteria.

This role suits a handson Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in complex data environments can navigate ambiguity and is confident leading workshops and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data migration and system transformation programs ideally within BSS/OSS or similarly complex environments.
• Strong capability to identify and engage business stakeholders system owners and technical SMEs to understand existing data models and business rules.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirementsgathering workshops to document data mappings transformation rules validation logic and acceptance criteria.
• Experience validating sourcetotarget attribute mappings with business users.
• Proven involvement in UAT planning and execution including data validation and business signoff.
• Ability to act as a trusted liaison between business data architects and technical delivery teams.
• Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile hybrid or waterfall delivery environments.
