POSITION SUMMARY
The Outreach Assistant will perform a variety of tasks and support the Outreach and Development Departments at CHS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports Outreach and Development team with special events and campaigns.
- Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to support the implementation of the organizations brand and vision.
- Assists in maintaining Outreach supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone e-mail and mail.
- Promotes a positive safety culture to make CHS a safe place in which to work. Safe work practices and policies for this position shall be reviewed and followed.
- Completes training as stated by CHS policy HRD-P-022 Training.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Associates degree (AA or AS) in related field plus one year of related work experience or any combination of education and experience to equal three years.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of appropriate software and platforms including Microsoft Office or similar.
- Valid drivers license and proof of personal valid vehicle insurance.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
SHIFT: FT(40 hrs/week) Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
