Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Fort Myers FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SLP services for acute care and ICU patients
- Conduct speech language and swallowing evaluations
- Manage care for ventilated ICU patients with respiratory therapy collaboration
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Support dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation cases
- Document patient care using Epic EMR
- Educate patients and families on therapy plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Active FL SLP license required
- BLS certification required
- Acute care experience preferre
- Strong clinical and communication skills
