Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team develop high-performance strategies and ensure an exceptional customer journey from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Oversee inventory management and vehicle ordering
- Ensure a superior customer experience aligned with Volvo brand standards
- Recruit train and develop sales staff
- Collaborate with marketing to drive showroom traffic and lead generation
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid drivers license
