What youll do...

• Fully own the commercials of your property and overall performance from P&L through to budgets through to planning and forecasting.
• Play a key role in hiring decisions for the property.
• Establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the preparation presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotels annual Operating Budget Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
• Execute the highest of Brand standards financial performance and quality of service.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to your Heads of Departments in the day-to-day People management of each team.
• Oversee all hotel operations.
• Oversee all quality evaluation processes and strive to improve all qualitative metrics.
• Be ultimately accountable for delivering projects in your property.
• Serve as the hub for communications with guests team ownership brand representatives and key vendors.
• Find and keep the best talent for your property.
• Be front-facing and high-touch with our guests involved in handling guests throughout their journey and setting the example for the team to engage in excellent guest experience and recovery at every turn.
• Be a part of the evolution of Ennismore as it expands further in the US and Americas region.
• And everything else in-between

Qualifications :

What were looking for...

• You are an experienced General Manager a commercially savvy operator and have prior experience in a similar role.  A minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager and significant experience in high-end Lifestyle hotels
• You have experience leading successful openings transitions and resort properties and luxury & lifestyle properties where the experience is branded from beginning to end. 
• You are comfortable in the spotlight but always remain humble and kind.
• You have a passion for hospitality you inspire an enthusiastic guest-centered approach.
• You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all guests and team alike.
• You think big and encourage your team to believe.
• You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
