Surveillance Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the surveillance department. Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure safety integrity security and company policies and procedures are followed. Supervise staff and department activities.
- Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure safety and policies and procedures are enforced.
- Assist department heads with investigations in their departments.
- Develop audit forms for observing various departments to ensure employees are following both regulatory and company rules and policies.
- Oversee daily audits.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agency investigations as needed.
- Prepare monthly and yearly budget reports and complete daily audits of department activities.
- Hire train coach discipline supervise and handle scheduling of department employees.
- Monitor training status of all agents.
- Other related projects and duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- At least five (5) years surveillance experience and previous supervisory experienced preferred.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all table games rules procedures and gaming regulations.
- Working knowledge of surveillance software and Microsoft Office programs such as excel and word.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as hand held radios video systems and retention devices.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
