Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead our Shared Services Center (SSC) in Taiwan. Reporting directly to the CFO you will lead a team of 4 to manage accounting and treasury operations for multiple legal entities while driving digital transformation in finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee monthly closings and deliver comprehensive financial statements for all entities.

• Manage all data inputs in the Groups financial reporting system.

• Ensure strict compliance of expense claims and receipt verification.

Transactions & Treasury Management:

• Optimize recurring customer invoicing and receivables collection.

• Lead all treasury transactions including payments and occasional FX deals.

• Act as the primary banking liaison for e-banking platforms and approval matrices.

Audit & Internal Control:

• Manage annual external audits and tax audits including fee negotiations.

• Lead yearly Internal Control campaigns and ad-hoc Internal Audit projects.

Systems & Digital Transformation:

• Manage finance-related systems and support the deployment of P2P and new reporting tools.

• Drive process automation and efficiency in collaboration with the Digital/IT team.

Team Leadership:

• Build a high-performance process-driven team culture.

• Identify training needs and drive talent development for a team of 4.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of accounting experience (Big 4 Corporate background).

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

• Deep experience in ERP systems (ideally SAP) and team management.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment. 

• CPA certification is highly desired. 

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations. 

• Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
