We are looking for aPayroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 550 employees ensuring accuracy compliance and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle (A to Z) for a workforce of 550 employees
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries bonuses and other compensations
• Handle payroll-related inputs validations and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws tax regulations and company policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR Finance) regarding payroll matters
• Manage employee queries related to payroll
• Maintain and update payroll records and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management ideally handling large employee populations
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes legislation and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with uMan Expert software is a strong plus
• Good knowledge in english (minimum level is B1)
