Job Summary
- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons aligned with the schools curriculum
- Develop students physical skills coordination and understanding of health and fitness.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to ensure active participation and engagement.
- Integrate concepts such as teamwork sportsmanship and resilience into lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress in physical performance skills and knowledge.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and participation.
- Contribute to report writing and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure a safe inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Manage equipment facilities and resources effectively.
- Enforce safety rules and proper use of sports equipment.
- Organize and lead sports teams clubs and competitions.
- Support inter-school tournaments sports days and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on cross-curricular activities
- Contribute to school initiatives related to student wellbeing and health.
- Promote student wellbeing physical health and positive behavior.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Physical Education
- Minimum 3 years experience in teaching physical education in private or international school
- Experience with international curriculum such as IB or Cambridge
- Proven ability to develop successful academic program
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
