Department Overview

The Federal Sales Operations team is the engine behind our success. We dont just process orders; we empower our field sales team and partners to win. By handling the complexities of the post-sale world we give our sales force the freedom to do what they do best: build relationships and drive innovation.

As a Coordinator you arent just managing tasksyou are the central point of contact ensuring high-stakes equipment and services reach our Federal customers smoothly and efficiently.


Job Description

In this role you will act as a project manager problem-solver and relationship builder. This is a perfect entry point for a motivated individual looking to understand the intersection of sales logistics and government business.This is more than a job; its a foundation. You will gain a deep understanding of Federal Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Project Managementa toolkit that will make you a powerhouse in any career path you choose!

Responsibilities:

  • Order Tracking: Youll manage the daily flow of orders for equipment and services making sure every detail is entered correctly.

  • Solve Problems in Real-Time: Proactively identify roadblocks in the fulfillment process and collaborate with various departments to clear them

  • Being the Go-To Person: You will be a contact for sales reps. When they have a question about where an order is or how to fix a mistake they come to you. You wont just be a name in an email; youll be a trusted partner and a valued resource for your team.

  • Improving the Process to Drive Efficiency: If you notice a specific step in the office work is slow or confusing youll help us find a better faster way to do it.

  • Customer Service: Youll help explain our rules and processes to customers and partners so they know exactly what to expect.

Qualifications:

  • A Great Communicator: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and can translate complex info into clear professional updates (verbal and written).

  • Tech Literate: Youre comfortable using a computer specifically Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) and Windows.

  • A Team Player: You stay positive even when things get busy and you enjoy helping your teammates succeed.

  • A can-do attitude and the confidence to take ownership of your projects from Day 1.

  • Youre comfortable with changing technologies and fast-moving environments

Location/Travel:

  • Preferred candidates will live in Maryland

  • Must be willing to be 100% onsite Monday - Friday
