About the role

As a Business Systems Analyst you will play a key role in delivering business improvements across our System Design product suite. Working closely with Product Owners Business Systems Analysts and wider Corporate Technology teams you will manage enhancement requests endtoend across the design build and testing lifecycle.

You will develop a deep understanding of our online and offline systems current capabilities and product roadmaps identifying opportunities to improve efficiency customer satisfaction and feature adoption. From scoping work and defining testing parameters through to release support and hypercare you will ensure solutions are fully tested documented and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing system design initiatives from scoping and stakeholder engagement through to testing and delivery
  • Designing and executing testing plans to ensure enhancements and releases meet agreed outcomes
  • Supporting online and offline product and feature releases ensuring they are fully tested prior to rollout
  • Providing postimplementation support including defect management and incident resolution
  • Maintaining clear accurate documentation in Notion and providing visibility of progress through Azure DevOps
  • Working collaboratively to ensure agreed OKRs are delivered on time

About you

You are an experienced and proactive Business Systems Analyst who enjoys problemsolving working with stakeholders and delivering highquality outcomes. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and remain calm and focused under pressure.

You will bring:

  • A strong understanding of Amadeus with sound knowledge of booking and payment processes
  • Experience with online booking tools and supporting both online and offline systems
  • The ability to scope work analyse requirements and design effective testing approaches
  • A structured detailfocused approach to documentation and project tracking
  • Confidence working with Product Owners and technical teams to deliver agreed objectives

Experience within FCTG (minimum 12 months) is essential with product management experience considered desirable.
