Job Overview:
CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL Python PySpark to build and manage scalable efficient and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. Youll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights working closely with data scientists analysts and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

4 years experience with Shell Scripting: Excellent proficiency with ability to automate and streamline processes.
SQL: Strong command of query writing optimization and database management.
Hadoop Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Hive/Impala and working knowledge of PySpark.
Data Analysis: Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Collect clean and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction transformation and reporting.
Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate workflows and data processes.
Work with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive Impala PySpark) for big data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
Build dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance across systems.
