Were seeking a compassionate and dependable Awake Overnight Youth Support Worker to join a 24/7 Live-In Treatment program serving female-identified youth (ages 12-17) who have experienced sexual exploitation or this essential overnight role you will help maintain a safe stable and healing environment for residents while contributing to meaningful change in their lives.
Location: North York ON.
What Youll Do
- Provide overnight supervision safety checks and emotional support in a trauma-informed environment.
- Respond to safety alerts and manage crisis situations with professionalism and care.
- Complete required documentation and household tasks to maintain a supportive home setting.
- Promote inclusion dignity and empowerment in every interaction.

What You Bring

- First Aid/CPR and crisis management training are strong assets
- Broad record police check (BRC) required
Nice-to-Have / Assets
- Certification in Crisis Intervention
- Experience supporting youth with a trauma-informed lens
- Previous experience in live-in treatment shelter or residential programs
- Experience working with youth impacted by sexual exploitation trafficking or gender-based violence
- Fluency in another language including sign language is an asset
