We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead store operations drive sales and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead coach and motivate staff to exceed sales targets and KPIs
Oversee daily store operations including sales repairs and customer service
Handle escalated customer and employee concerns professionally
Manage inventory shipping/receiving and store organization
Oversee cash handling deposits and reconciliation processes
Staff scheduling hiring onboarding and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Maintain store cleanliness stock levels and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales & repair (mobility/computers preferred)
Proven management experience in a retail sales environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with TELUS Koodo Mobile Rogers Communications or Bell Canada is a strong asset
