Our Client a trusted partner in Canadas telecom industry is hiring energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Representatives to join their growing retail team.

Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to start your career in telecommunications this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a high-demand industry.

Experience with providers like TELUS Koodo Rogers or Bell is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Promote and sell telecom products including mobile plans internet and home security services
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Make outbound calls for follow-ups retention and promotions
Provide excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone
Stay updated on the latest products plans and offers
Maintain a clean and engaging retail environment

What Were Looking For

Strong interest in sales with a target-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous retail sales or customer service experience (preferred not required)
Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Students with valid work permits are welcome to apply
