OPERATION PLANNING SPECIALIST (Mandarin Speaking)
Client: A leading global electronics manufacturer with a large-scale production operation in Samut Prakan. Part of a Taiwan-headquartered group that supplies major international technology brands.

Reporting To: Operations / Production Planning Supervisor
Role Overview
The Operation Planning Specialist will own production scheduling across the facility balancing customer demand raw material supply and production capacity to deliver against committed delivery dates. The role liaises closely with manufacturing engineering supply chain and customer-facing teams and communicates directly with regional and headquarters stakeholders in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer demand and material availability into a production commitment and follow up on raw material deliveries and commitment updates.
- Build and maintain the Daily Production Schedule (DPS) and Monthly Production Schedule (MPS).
- Track daily production progress adjust in-stock demand arrangements and coordinate with manufacturing engineering to resolve production abnormalities.
- Monitor raw material inflow against the DPS to keep production stable.
- Manage inventory control for semi-finished goods.
- Prepare inbound and outbound reports and any additional analysis requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning operations planning or supply chain management ideally in electronics or high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and confident with data analysis tools (Excel essential; ERP/SAP an advantage).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume production environment with shifting priorities.
Language Requirement
- Mandarin Chinese (mandatory): fluent in listening speaking reading and writing sufficient for HQ-level business communication.
- English: working proficiency advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary based on experience aligned with company structure.
- Overtime pay calculated per Thai labor law and company policy.
- Travel allowance: THB 35 per working day (for shifts over 4 hours).
- Attendance bonus: THB 500 (month 1) and THB 1000 (month 2) for perfect attendance.
