About the Role

As a Content Moderator you will ensure that all online content aligns with cultural political and community standards. You will monitor review and evaluate user-generated content to protect audiences and uphold quality supporting the brands commitment to safe and relevant online experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content across partner platforms in German and English.

• Identify and flag content that violates company or local guidelines.

• Apply sound judgment and awareness of cultural and political sensitivities.

• Collaborate with the moderation team to ensure consistent quality and reporting.

• Maintain accurate records of moderated content and actions taken.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

• Awareness of cultural and political contexts and sensitivities.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Local candidates only will be considered.

Hybrid work model available combining office and remote days.
