This position starts on-site in Sofia with hybrid working available after the initial period.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from outside Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
- Follow internal processes and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations
Requirements
- C2 level Dutch and good command of English
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a structured environment
- Full-time availability (MonFri 09:3018:00)
