What youll do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in Italian and English markets
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multilingual office
- Report on pipeline activity and performance metrics
What were looking for:
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and professional English written and spoken
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline
- Background in customer service sales or an outsourcing/BPO environment
- Target-driven mindset with strong communication skills
