What youll do:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in Italian and English markets
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multilingual office
Report on pipeline activity and performance metrics
What were looking for:
Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and professional English written and spoken
Solid understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline
Background in customer service sales or an outsourcing/BPO environment
Target-driven mindset with strong communication skills
