About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business & Migration Analyst to support a large-scale platform implementation and data migration program.

This role is critical in ensuring successful application configuration data migration and business validation while acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will play a leading role in delivering a structured UAT environment migration strategy and fit-gap analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Application Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the rollout and configuration of enterprise applications
• Configure system parameters including financial flows contribution structures and operational settings
• Coordinate closely with technical teams on deployment and environments
• Oversee execution of data migration and QA testing activities

Data Migration Leadership

• Define data migration strategy mapping and rules
• Plan and manage multiple migration iterations
• Ensure data quality reconciliation and validation
• Coordinate migration validation with business users

UAT & Validation

• Set up and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment
• Define test scenarios and validation criteria
• Support and guide key users during testing cycles
• Track feedback defects and improvements

Workshops Training & Change Support

• Organize and facilitate workshops and validation sessions
• Prepare and deliver training for key users
• Support adoption of new systems and processes

Fit-Gap Analysis & Documentation

• Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis between current operations and new platform capabilities
• Document:
  • Missing functionalities
  • Business requirements
  • Functional specifications
• Prepare inputs for future development phases

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main liaison between business and technical teams
• Monitor project planning risks and dependencies
• Provide recommendations and insights based on business needs
• Ensure clear documentation and communication across teams

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• Extensive experience in business analysis and application implementation
• Strong background in data migration and UAT processes
• Experience working in complex system environments
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end migration and transformation initiatives

Key Competencies

• Business analysis and functional design expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with:
  • Data analysis tools (migration context)
  • Process modeling and documentation
  • Project and analysis tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Additional Strengths

• Experience with financial or administrative systems
• Experience migrating from legacy systems
• Background in change management initiatives

Languages

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French
