As an HR & Admin Specialist you will be at the core of day-to-day HR operations ensuring smooth personnel management accurate payroll processing and full compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders while handling key governmental procedures and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities HR & Admin Specialist

  • Manage end-to-end personnel operations including employee records contracts and documentation
  • Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws unions and BPO regulations
  • Liaise with social security offices labor law authorities and governmental entities
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases with high accuracy
  • Support general HR and administrative functions as needed


Essential Skills Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 years of proven experience in personnel and payroll (minimum 70% of role focus)
  • Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws unions and governmental procedures
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry is a must
  • Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities is a must
  • Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
  • English proficiency: Full Professional
  • Spanish Proficiency: Native (C2)

Work Conditions
Location: Buenos Aires Argentina ( On-site )
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Argentina time zone)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Employment Type: Full-Time
