Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and research initiatives
Collect clean and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability
Develop and optimize ELT/ETL processes for data integration and transformation
Perform data analysis and support the creation of dashboards and reporting solutions
Ensure data quality integrity and governance through testing and validation practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into solutions
Contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale data and software systems
Document processes standards and technical solutions for ongoing improvement
Qualifications
4 years of experience in data engineering software engineering or a related field
Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS
Experience building and maintaining data warehouse solutions
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Work Environment
