We are actively recruiting on behalf of a market-leading organization seeking a Manager System Enablement to lead enterprise-wide system adoption training strategy and user proficiency across a complex multi-function environment.
This is a high-visibility role where you will directly influence how technology translates into business performance.
What Youll Own:
- Lead enterprise enablement strategy to drive Salesforce adoption and user proficiency
- Manage end-to-end rollout support: training readiness hypercare and post-launch optimization
- Deploy and optimize Salesforce tools including In-App Guidance Guidance Paths and Knowledge
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks tied to adoption compliance and performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations IT and Product teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to evolving business needs
- Build and guide a scalable enablement function including team leadership
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud)
- 5 years in enablement training or system adoption roles
- Proven success leading enterprise rollouts change management and governance frameworks
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
- Experience driving measurable adoption outcomes and user engagement
- Bachelors degree required; Salesforce certifications a plus
