Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients providing professional customer service while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments scheduling and check-ins
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
- Perform data entry filing and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to the office
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- Attention to detail and reliability
