Position Type: Contract / W-2 / Full-Time Hours / 6-Month Assignment (Potential Extension)
Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Talent Acquisition Advisor / Recruiter to support a leading organizations Sales hiring function. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders through the Director level. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting execution consultative partnership skills and prior success hiring top-performing sales talent in a fast-moving environment.
What You Bring (Ideal Experience)
1 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with direct Sales recruiting experience required
Prior agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
Experience managing multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed referrals and direct outreach
Ability to partner with hiring leaders through the Director level
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and interviewing
Experience with ATS systems ideally Oracle HCM or similar platforms
Excellent communication organization and follow-through skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
What Youll Do
Own full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
Partner with Sales leaders to define hiring needs success profiles and priorities
Build recruiting strategies aligned to current market conditions
Screen and assess candidates for sales competencies and role fit
Proactively source talent while collaborating with dedicated sourcing partners
Present company culture mission and opportunity effectively to candidates
Advise leaders on talent market trends candidate quality and hiring tradeoffs
Support interview scheduling and pre-employment processes with HR Shared Services
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and records in Oracle HCM
Assist with offer development and candidate closing efforts
Share market intelligence and ideas to improve hiring outcomes
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $35 - $47 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. The salary range provided is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
