Job Summary

What you will do:
Manage full O2C cycle (order management billing collections reconciliation)
Ensure accuracy and compliance across AR processes
Handle financial controls and support audit/compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams
Monitor KPIs and support regular reporting activities
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Support and mentor junior team members when required

What we are looking for:
Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
57 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of O2C processes and financial controls
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
Experience in global multi-currency environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Leadership and mentoring experience
Fluent German advanced English (C1)
