About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist currently based in Braga to join an international team.

In this role you will support customers with inquiries requests and service-related topics while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat

Requirements

C2 level German and minimum B2C1 level English
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and detail-focused mindset
Availability for on-site work in Braga
