We are looking for a confident and conversational Health Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist to join a growing patient-focused audiology practice. This role works closely with the Founder to manage inbound leads guide conversations and convert interest into booked appointments while ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience.

You will play a key role in improving response times maintaining structured workflows and supporting the patient journey from initial enquiry through to follow-up. The role is both sales-driven and service-oriented focused on building trust and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Your responsibilities as an Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist would be:

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from digital channels such as Google and Meta ads.
  • Promptly engage new leads to understand their needs and guide them through the booking process.
  • Manage inbound calls in a structured and professional manner.
  • Convert warm leads into booked appointments with the Founder.
  • Schedule confirm and manage appointments using CRM and calendar systems.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure high attendance and reschedule no-shows where needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and patient database records.
  • Send post-appointment follow-ups including feedback and review requests.
  • Assist with email or messaging campaigns for existing patients.
  • Provide general administrative support to streamline daily operations.
  • Support basic social media tasks such as scheduling content and responding to comments.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all patient and business information.

Qualifications as an Health Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist would be:

  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree.
  • 12 years of experience in customer service inbound sales appointment setting or call center roles.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Experience handling inbound calls and leading structured conversations.
  • Comfortable guiding prospects toward booking appointments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online calendars (GoHighLevel is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy and confident using phone email CRM and messaging platforms.
  • Strong multitasking organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Proactive resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt beyond scripts to understand patient needs.
  • Experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles is an advantage.
