Job Title: Test Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Coordinator to support testing activities across multiple IT projects. The role involves coordinating test planning execution defect tracking and reporting to ensure high-quality delivery of software releases.

The ideal candidate is structured communicative and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities (system integration and user acceptance testing)
• Develop and maintain test plans test schedules and test progress reports
• Track log and manage defects using test management tools
• Liaise between business stakeholders developers and QA teams
• Ensure test cases are executed according to agreed timelines
• Monitor test coverage and ensure quality standards are met
• Support release readiness and go-live validation
• Provide regular updates and status reporting to project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator QA Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA Xray TestRail HP ALM)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

• ISTQB certification
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Knowledge of automation testing concepts (not mandatory)
