We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents currently based in Malta to join an international airline contact centre team.
In this role you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries reservations and support requests while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with travel-related queries
- Provide clear and efficient support for bookings and services
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
- Manage requests and follow up when necessary
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
- Work closely with team members and support other markets when needed
Requirements
- C2 level German and minimum C1 level English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Availability for shift-based work
