Job Summary

Overview

Our client is a small fast-growing product and licensing solutions agency specializing in custom-designed premiums and merchandise. They are experts in custom design character licensing and movie premium promotions serving top multinational and recognizable brands across Malaysia and the region.

They create tailored promotional solutions that specifically target the kids demographic while also expanding into more premium gifts for teens and adults helping brands stand out achieve sales goals and connect with consumers across all age groups through creative licensed and custom products (TV/film cartoons childrens entertainment sports lifestyle celebrity and consumer brands).

Responsibilities specific to the clients core business:


i. Actively promote and sell custom-designed premium merchandise targeting kids primarily and also targeting teens and adults character-licensed products movie tie-in items and premium gifts.

ii. Identify licensing opportunities across TV/films cartoons entertainment sports lifestyle celebrity and consumer brands for all age groups.

iii. Support licensing deal negotiations and coordinate with licensors suppliers and internal teams on design engineering production safety and logistics.

iv. Develop and present creative promotional concepts that drive engagement across kids primarily and also targeting teens and adult consumers.

v. Stay ahead of trends in licensed merchandise and premium gifts for kids primarily as well as teens and adults.

vi. Gather client feedback and share insights with design and production teams to refine offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

i. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.

ii. Identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

iii. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

iv. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

v. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.

vi. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

vii. Achieve sales targets given.

viii. Collaborate with team members to achieve results.

ix. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

x. Regular update of companys info. on website and other social media platforms.

Requirements:

i. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

ii. Proficiency in English

iii. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

iv. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

v. Have a keen eye for new trends and products.

vi. Fast learner and passion for sales

vii. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

viii. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

ix. Diploma or higher in marketing or similar discipline.
