Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in this role you will focus on building long-term customer relationships identifying sales opportunities and supporting business growth within a technology-driven environment.

This position combines customer interaction consultative selling and account development in a fast-paced global setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct consultative conversations with business clients
  • Handle objections and support the full sales cycle
  • Work towards revenue and performance targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer needs
  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline

Requirements

  • German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
  • 1 year of sales experience (B2B outbound or account development preferred)
  • Experience in prospecting negotiating and closing deals
  • Understanding of cloud-based or technology solutions is an advantage
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to Krakow
