Job Summary

People Dynamics is Hiring Project Manager (PMC) Hospitality Projects

Location: Madinah Saudi Arabia

People Dynamics is looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMC) with strong consultancy background to lead the delivery of prestigious 5-star hotel / resort projects from design stage through construction and handover.

Key Requirements:

10 years of overall experience

8 years in a similar Project Manager role within a consultancy / PMC environment

Proven experience managing luxury hotel / resort projects

Strong knowledge of project lifecycle design management construction supervision and handover

Experience with contracts administration claims variations risk management and stakeholder coordination

Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

PMP / Prince2 / PMI certifications preferred
