Job Summary
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Remote Freelance)

Location: Remote
Contract Details: Freelance 40 hours per week
Exp: Min 10 Yrs Exp
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Create technical design documents and present solutions to stakeholders
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation
- Ensure the security availability and performance of ServiceNow solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITBM modules
- Proficient in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and customization
- Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Availability to work remotely and on a freelance basis
