Role Overview
We are looking for reliable detailoriented Production Operators to support our manufacturing and order fulfillment operations.
This role is well suited for individuals who:

Successful candidates will be trained on production equipment and standard operating procedures and will play a key role in ensuring every order meets Inhaus quality standards.
What Youll Be Responsible For
After training the Production Operator will be responsible for supporting daily production activities including:
Operating and supporting production equipment
Following production schedules and standard operating procedures
Monitoring equipment and replenishing materials as required
Labelling packaging and organizing finished products and orders
Conducting quality control inspections of finished products
Picking packing and preparing orders for shipment
Moving raw materials and finished goods (including lifting up to 50 lbs)
Maintaining accurate production and inventory records
Keeping equipment and work areas clean organized and safe
Assisting with basic preventative maintenance tasks
Supporting other operational tasks as needed
Key Functions and Scope:
Interpret production schedule and operate production equipment
Move raw materials from storage to buffering stages (tracking consumption)
Monitor equipment replenishing materials as needed.
Label and package finished product
Interpret packaging schedule and pick and pack finished product for shipment
Store finished product in inventory
Data entry for updating production records and inventory
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
Requirements
12 years of experience in a production manufacturing or warehouse environment
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Able to safely lift 50 pounds
Eligible to work in Canada

Fulltime onsite attendance is required at our Richmond BC production facility
This role operates primarily on the afternoon shift: 3:00 PM 1:00 AM Monday to Thursday
