Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Key Responsibilities:
The Global ServicesSeniorFinanceManagerwillprovide overall financial leadershipacross the GS functionsin support oftheOrthopaedicsbusiness.The role will have oversightin GSconsolidationsand support FP&A related activities for theGSOrthopaedicsbusiness. Responsibilities include:
Managefinancialplanning &analysissupportand consolidationsfortheGlobal Servicesscope
Lead the governance for financial tracking and reporting to ensurea consistent and streamlined process across all the GS functions
Standardize financial reviews and reporting packages with GS process leads which includes overseeingpresentation materials provide variance analysis and recommend mitigation plans
Connectand communicatewithglobalbusiness partners toprovide financial guidance and drive insights
Champion a value-driven/cost-effective culture; translate best practices fromdifferent functions
Work with FP&A team to design and implementFP&AProcess and Systemsfor Global Services around the world
Manage TSAs and developnew chargeout process in the new structure
Provide leadership and support on ad hoc project work
Qualifications:
A minimum of aBachelorsdegree is preferably with a major in Finance Economics Data Analytics or Accounting
Required:
A minimum 5yearsoffinance or related business experience
Excellent oral written and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e.Pivot Tables Formulas VLOOKUP functions)
Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
Strong communications framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal negotiating and influencing skills
Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills creating problem-solving track-record dealing with ambiguity and intellectual curiosity
Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to manage and lead teams during a period ofsignificant change
Successful experience of working with virtual teams
Preferred:
MBA financial certification in ACA ACCA CIMA CPA CMA or other equivalent
SAP experience
