Leasehold Partnerships Officer

Are you highly organised and experienced in leases contracts or housing services At Amplius we have a great new opportunity for a Leasehold Partnerships Officer to join our team playing a key role in ensuring agreements run smoothly while working closely with colleagues customers and external partners to deliver a reliable customer-focused service.

Salary: 39500 per year

Contract: Permanent full time

Your week: 36.25 hours (days and times to be agreed at interview)

Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes Rushden Peterborough or Boston office

Snapshot of your role

• Support the drafting review and renewal of leases management agreements and transfer documents
• Maintain accurate records of portfolio expiry dates ensuring timely renewals and terminations
• Provide advice to internal teams on lease and agreement requirements to ensure consistency and compliance
• Work with external partners regarding contractual obligations and service delivery
• Monitor rent accounts manage arrears and ensure charges are accurate in line with agreements

What youll need to thrive in this role

• Knowledge and experience of leases freehold transfers and management agreements
• Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual information
• Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive and resourceful approach with the confidence to suggest improvements
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure across both short- and long-term priorities
