We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated member to join our team as an Armed Field Training & Compliance Officer. Level IV/PPO Certification is a plus for the successful candidate in this role.

The Compliance Instructor (formerly Field Supervisor) is an all-around expert on company policy procedures and post orders. Training is the core function of this role ensuring that site personnel receive consistent and quality education throughout their tenure with targeted post inspections will beconducted daily and the Compliance Trainer may assume a post in the event of an unscheduled absence. He/she will maintain regular communication with officers on-shift in conjunction with the manager-on-duty to ensure efficient coordination and effective implementation of security initiatives ensuring smooth operations at all sites.

Schedule:

• Tuesday 9:00PM -0500AM
• Wednesday 9:00PM -0500AM
• Thursday 9:00PM -0500AM
• Friday 9:00PM -0500AM
• Saturday 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Total weekly hours 40hours (set schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate the shift operations of the security team ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed correctly.
• Train security personnel including new hires.
• Substituteposts in the event of unscheduled absences.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidentsand investigations.
• Review daily activity reports and incident reports on a daily basis.
• Receive document and escalate Security Officer questions and concerns.
• Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing officers.
• Ensure every new officer is visited at least once per shift for the first week of their employment. Answer telephone calls take messages answer questions and provide information as needed referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
• Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by the Company such as equipment or property damage theft or unusual occurrences.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company.
