Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a visionary partner to the Components unit providing expert HR guidance and support.
• Champion and oversee innovative local HR initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with our managers to develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies policies and programs.
• Foster the growth and development of the factory ensuring a dynamic work environment.
• Lead transformative organizational change initiatives including restructuring talent management and cultural projects.
• Empower managers with coaching and support on labor law employee relations and performance management while analyzing HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven project management skills with several years of experience.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles practices labor relations and legal regulations in Sweden.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition performance management training and development and employee relations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
