Job description

We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader with strong semiconductor process/equipment experience to drive manufacturing excellence and build a high-performing team. This role requires a balance of technical depth team leadership and ownership mindset in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

This role requires strong ownership accountability and data-driven decision making with opportunities to drive real impact on yield performance and operational excellence. And passionate about leading teams solving complex problems and working in an open results-driven culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process/equipment engineers to support high-volume manufacturing
• Drive process stability yield improvement and equipment performance
• Own and execute continuous improvement initiatives (yield / cycle time / cost)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production quality IE and global teams
• Make data-driven decisions and take accountability for line performance
• Coach and mentor team members to grow technical and leadership capabilities
• Support new technology transfer / ramp-up / site expansion
