This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong local reputation loyal client base and a consistent flow of quality work. The successful candidate will advise individuals families and business owners on a broad range of private client matters joining a collaborative team known for its personable approach and high standards of client care.
The role offers genuine scope for long-term development within a stable and supportive environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Elderly client advisory work
- Succession planning
You will build trusted client relationships and provide clear empathetic and commercially aware advice.
About You
We are keen to hear from solicitors Chartered Legal Executives STEP-qualified professionals and other qualified lawyers with private client experience.
You will likely offer:
- 2 years PQE or equivalent experience
- Experience handling private client matters independently
- Strong interpersonal and client care skills
- Attention to detail
- Compassionate and professional approach
