Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures monitoring access activity and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors tenants and vendors in a professional manner verify identification and/or credentials as required and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Answer phones manage visitor logs issue badges or passes as directed and communicate clearly with building management and/or Allied Universal personnel regarding routine and unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting details in reports.
• Observe lobby and entry areas for unusual behavior receive deliveries when applicable and support emergency response activities according to post orders and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card is required
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
