In this role youll help customers unlock the full value of a leading SaaS product by delivering engaging high-quality training sessions. Youll work with a diverse set of clientsfrom SMBs to enterpriseguiding them through product capabilities driving adoption and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Deliver engaging product training sessions (1:1 group and webinars) to global customers
• Drive product adoption by enabling customers to effectively use key features
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Manage a high volume of scheduled training sessions daily with strong time management
• Collaborate with Customer Success and onboarding teams to support customer lifecycle
• Track training outcomes and continuously improve delivery quality

• 35 years of experience in customer training enablement or client-facing roles
• Proven experience delivering training sessions (virtual/classroom/webinars)
• Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple sessions and schedules effectively
• Experience working directly with customers and handling live interactions
• High customer focus with the ability to adapt training based on audience needs
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Experience in SaaS product-based or technology environments
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Gainsight or webinar platforms
• Exposure to upselling or identifying customer growth opportunities
• Experience working with global customers across segments
