To bring this vision to life in new markets we are looking for entrepreneurial minds who thrive in fast-paced international environments.

For our international expansion we are looking for an Franchise Expansion Manager USA (m/f/d) to drive our growth across the United this role you will play a key part in establishing and scaling our presence in one of the worlds most dynamic markets.

Tasks

Your mission:

  • Drive the expansion of our brand across the US market by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners
  • Analyze market potential locations and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions
  • Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States
  • Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise development expansion or business development ideally in the US market
  • Strong understanding of franchise structures contracts and market entry strategies
  • Experience navigating legal and regulatory environments in international markets (US strongly preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive
  • Willingness to travel and actively shape a fast-growing international brand

Work location: Ideally based in the United States as your primary focus will be driving our expansion in this market. Alternatively the role can be based in Barcelona Spain with regular travel to the US. The position combines fieldwork remote work and close collaboration with our CINNAMOOD HQ.
